I always made everything by hand... where I come from, no such machine exists.
[You nods, excitedly.] Of course! If they have them down here, I'd love to! It makes it go waaaaay faster, but-- I mean, there's no substitute for the by-hand touch, right? It's like... artisanal!

I've only ever done a little bit of hand sewing in my life, and never something as big a project as this.
